Woodland Students Honored at Region Science Fair

Our students were honored last night at the Regional Science Fair Awards Ceremony!

Chloe Brown and Elise Ferguson - 1st Honors in Animal Science

Allison Benton - 1st Honors in Chemistry

Adriana Lowery - 2nd Honors in Earth and Environmental Science

Monica Ngo and Hannah Tran - 1st Honors in Energy: Sustainable Materials and Design

Blake Washington - 2nd Honors in Microbiology

Eden Floyd - 3rd Honors in Plant Sciences

Samantha Dalby - 1st Honors in Robotics and Intelligent Machines.

Chloe, Elise, Allison, Adriana, Monica, Hannah, and Samantha will be moving forward to the Georgia Science and Engineering Fair.

Special awards went to Allison Benton given by RICOH USA and to Samantha Dalby given by Yale Science and Engineering Association.

Two groups are automatically moving on to the 2025 International Fair! Congratulations to Monica Ngo and Hannah Tran for their project "Thermoelectric Generator's Effect on Photovoltaic System's Output" and Samantha Dalby's project "Wheeled to Quadruped Transforming Robot"!
