We would like to extend a proud congratulations to the students representing Woodland High School at the 2026 Regional Science and Engineering Fair!  We have FIVE research groups moving on the State Science and Engineering Fair and Monica Ngo has been selected to compete at the International Science and Engineering Fair in Phoenix, Arizona!  Monica also was awarded the NASA Earth Systems Award and the Yale Science and Engineering Association Award.  Thank you to Dr. Cofield who paved the way and provided the foundation for our student’s success!  Also thank you to Ms. Beck for being their support at the Regional Fair and along the entire process!  Our students represented Woodland with confidence, enthusiasm, and grit!

We are thrilled to invite you to join us as we celebrate the outstanding achievements of our student-athletes and coaches! The Pride of the Pack Award Ceremony will take place this Saturday (May 17th) at 2:30pm. The doors to the main gym will open at 2:00pm. We would love to see you there! 

The event will include:

Congratulations to Jada Ellis who was the winner of this year's Georgia Council of the Arts Poet Laureate Prize! The prize is awarded to an original poem by a high school student. More than 260 students from 105 high schools participated in this year's contest.
