Congratulations to Jada Ellis who was the winner of this year's Georgia Council of the Arts Poet Laureate Prize! The prize is awarded to an original poem by a high school student. Our Math Team has been busy lately! They won 3rd place in Team Ciphering at the University of West Georgia Math Day Competition on March 7th. On March 8th, they represented WHS at GA Tech's High School Math Day. Congratulations to Samantha Dalby who won the Top 10 Exploratory Award.
