Woodland Excellence

We are fortunate to have an entire staff of dedicated professionals. Congratulations to our 2025 Teacher of the Year, Ms. Sharon Murray and or 2025 Educational Support Person of the Year, Mr. Stephen Grillo.

 

Our students have the opportunity to engage in a wide range of AP level courses, including AP Computer Science Principles, AP Research, AP Calculus, AP Literature, AP Physics, and AP Studio Art.

 

Our school is committed to building and fostering relationships by offering a diverse array of clubs and organizations, including Beta Club, Mock Trial, National Honor Society, SGA, Woodland 100, Women of Woodland, and ACES Ambassadors.

 

We are committed to ACES: Accountable, Considerate, Enthusiastic, and Safe, by providing individualized support aimed at meeting each student’s unique needs and ensuring they have the tools essential for success.

 

We received recognition in five categories on the Georgia Department of Education's 2025 AP Honors School List: AP Access and Support School, AP Humanities School, AP Humanities Achievement School, AP STEM School, and AP STEM Achievement School.
